It’s been a long and winding road, but Telltale’s The Walking Dead will finally come to a conclusion when the games final episode, ‘Take Us Back’, launches on Tuesday 26th March.
The episode will bring an end to four seasons (plus a couple of spin-offs) worth of content that has released over the last seven years, bringing us the conclusion to Clementine’s story that we weren’t sure we were going to get following Telltale Games shock closure back in September.
Thankfully, The Walking Dead co-creator Robert Kirkman’s own Skybound Entertainment stepped in to save the final season, enlisting the help of a number of former Telltale developers to make sure that the story is wrapped up in the right way.
‘Take Us Back’ will release on Tuesday 26th March for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, where it will be exclusively available on the Epic Game Store.
Whatever happens, let’s just be thankful that fans of the series are getting the ending that they deserve.
