Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, What Remains of Edith Finch and more joining the Xbox Game Pass before the end of March

I’ve lost track of just how many times I’ve written about new games being added to the Xbox Game Pass, such has been the phenomenal level of support that Microsoft has given to their service, and here I am again telling you about another five that will debut before the month is out.

The first of those new additions will be Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, which is the most recent entry in the Deus Ex series having released back in 2016 to good reviews. That will be added to the Game Pass tomorrow, Thursday 21st March, but it’s not coming alone, as the fabulous What Remains of Edith Finch will be added that day too. What Remains of Edith Finch is an adventure puzzle game that was a surprise hit back in 2017, but it has come back into the limelight lately having been one of the free offerings on the Epic Game Store. In What Remains of Edith Finch, the player returns back to the family home that they abandoned years before and must solve puzzles as they progress through the home, piecing together their family history. It’s not a long game by any stretch of the imagination—I think I finished it in just 3 hours—but it’s an absolute gem of storytelling, so if you have an afternoon spare then I strongly suggest you check it out.

A week later on Thursday 28th March two more games will be added, namely vampiric action-RPG Vampyrwhich was developed by Dontnod Entertainment, the guys behind the fabulous Life Is Strange—and Telltale’s The Walking Dead: Michonne, the spin-off of The Walking Dead that focuses around Michonne (obviously) during her temporary departure from the group. There are 3 episodes of Michonne’s story to play in total.

Then, on Friday 29th March, turn-based dungeon-crawler Operencia: The Stolen Sun will debut on the service on its day of release as an Xbox One exclusive, which always helps to make the service that much more appealing.

All of these titles will join the likes of Just Cause 4, Fallout 4, and F1 2018 as games that have been added to the Xbox Game Pass in March, which is a display of fabulous support from Microsoft and represents great value for money for players. Don’t forget that Minecraft is also joining the service on Thursday 4th April, and we now also know that 2017’s Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite will also join the Game Pass library on Monday 1st April.

You can subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass for £7.99 a month, but don’t forget that you can get your first month for just £1.
