Warframe’s Fortuna update comes to Xbox One and PS4 next week

Warframe’s Fortuna update—which debuted on PC last month—will arrive on Xbox One and PS4 next week. The news was announced at The Game Awards.

The update opens up the massive open-world area Orb Vallis on the snow-covered surface of Venus, and there’s also a market area called Fortuna which acts as a main trading and social area and looks like a city pulled straight out of Blade Runner. The update adds all sorts of new features to Digital Extremes free-to-play monster, such as new quests, enemies, weapons, and the K-Drive hoverboard, which can be used to traverse the snowy-plains of Venus faster. You can also customise the appearance of your K-Drive and you can even perform tricks and race them.

The Fortuna update will debut on the Xbox One and the PS4 on December 10th. There’s no news yet on when the update will come to the recently-released Nintendo Switch version, but we’ll keep you updated as soon as that announcement is made.
