Nintendo drop a brand new demo for Mario Tennis Aces

A brand new Mario Tennis Aces demo has appeared on the Nintendo eShop and is available to download for free now.

This new demo, named The Mario Tennis Aces: Special Demo, is live and available now, and gives you a full weeks play until Friday 3rd May. The demo allows players to play with 9 of the games 27 characters in the Online Tournament mode. You will also get to tune your skills for online or local play by hitting some balls against the games A.I., or have a go at the games new Yoshi’s Ring Shot co-operative challenge that was released with a free patch a few weeks back.

The demo will also grant players with a couple of incentives to pick up the game once the free play time expires. Play a single match in the Online Tournament mode during the free week of play and unlock an outfit for Mario. Unlocks from the latest patch will also be rewarded to players who collect points in the demo’s Co-op Challenge mode, where coloured skins for Yoshi can be unlocked for both play in the demo weekend and in the main game, should you decide on a purchase at a later date.Mario Tennis Aces

Finally, anyone who downloads The Mario Tennis Aces: Special Demo will receive an email from Nintendo with a code, gifting them seven free days of its Nintendo Switch Online subscription service.

“When you download the Special Online Demo, a code for a free 7-day trial of Nintendo Switch Online will be sent to the email address associated with your Nintendo Account. Head on over to the “Redeem code” tab on Nintendo eShop and enter the code to activate it!”

Mario Tennis Aces has been a success story for the Nintendo Switch, with some excellent sales figures as well as a constant flow of additional content. If you haven’t yet given the game a go, then this free demo weekend is a great place to start! 40-Love!
