A new vehicle is coming to Fortnite, and it’s sure to please any hamsters that happen to play Epic’s battle royale phenomenon.
Yep, that’s right, the vehicle looks just like a hamsters rolling ball, or a gyrosphere from Jurassic World, depending on which reference you prefer. Quite suitably, it’s called The Baller, but not much else is known about it at the minute.
Drawing my own conclusions, it does appear to have some form of weapon attached to the front, and the in-game description reads “Roll through the competition with the newest vehicle, The Baller!”, which suggests to me that you may be able to take people out by rolling over them, like an out-of-control Zorber.
The vehicle is currently only slated as coming “soon”, with no official release date announced, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it added as soon as this weeks patch. We’ll keep you updated as soon as there is any more news about when you’ll be able to channel your inner Chris Pratt, or pretend you’re a hamster, whichever floats your boat.
