Bethesda has announced that they are giving away a free copy of classic Fallout games—including Fallout, Fallout Tactics, and Fallout 2—to anybody who has purchased and played Fallout 76. At least now Fallout 76 owners will be able to get their hands on a decent Fallout game to play (I joke).
Bethesda announced the news on their Twitter page:
ANYONE who logged into the full release of #Fallout76 in 2018 will receive an entitlement for Fallout Classic Collection on PC. This applies to Xbox One and PS4 players, too.
The entitlement is expected to go live in early January. pic.twitter.com/U8pJwrk0PV

Bethesda has been struggling recently. Fallout 76 had a terrible launch and still has on-going issues; the premium bag offered with the collectors edition of Fallout 76 was terrible and the refund policy on the game itself was equally as bad. Oh, and let’s not forget the data breach. Let’s hope 2019 is better for the company that has brought us so many amazing games in the past.
