Bethesda has released a badass new trailer for the upcoming Doom Eternal, showing off the game in all of its demon-slaying goodness.
It’s pretty much everything you would expect and is sure to whet the appetite of impatient gamers who are ready to raise hell all over again. The new trailer shows Doomguy shredding through demons in all manner of ways – there are rocket launchers, laser beams, swords, decapitations, and dismemberment’s galore. Check it out below:
The game looks fast-paced, fluid, frantic, and incredibly fun, and it looks like it will be a worthy follow up to 2016’s fantastic Doom, which rebooted the classic series and brought it to the current generation of consoles. Of course, Doom Eternal was originally planned to be in the public domain by now, but id Software announced that the game was delayed back in October much to the dismay of players everywhere. Time flies though, and the game now isn’t very far away once again – if this new trailer is anything to go by then it looks like Doom Eternal will be worth the wait.
Doom Eternal launches for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia on Friday 20th March 2020. A Nintendo Switch version will be released at a later date.
