Xbox Super Game Sale has begun

Microsoft has launched the Xbox Super Game Sale, and there are plenty of deals to be had for both Xbox One and PC players.

The quickest of glances at the sales featured page shows Rage 2 reduced from £49.99 to £37.49, Forza Horizon 4 available for half price at £24.99, Sea of Thieves available for £19.99, and The Division 2 available for £35.99. You can also grab Metro Exodus for just £30.24, Monster Hunter World for £16, or Battlefield V for £30. These are just the base discounts too, as Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be granted an additional 10% discount off the base price on a lot of titles.

There are also some massive discounts on loads of old-but-gold titles, with more than 100 games available for less than a tenner. These include the fantastic Life Is Strange, which you can bag with an 80% discount at just £3.19, and the same percentage of discount can also be claimed on Hitman – Game of the Year Edition, which you can get hold of for just £9. Quantum Break is also available for just £7.19, while the more strategic-minded among us can grab the brilliant Cities: Skylines for £7.99, representing a 75% discount.

These are just a few examples that I picked out after a quick two minute look. Microsoft are advertising big discounts on over 700 games and add-ons, so if you’ve been holding off on grabbing a particular game or a particular DLC then now is the time to strike. You can check out the full list of games and add-ons here. The Super Game Sale ends on Monday 29th July.

It’s not all about the games though, as Microsoft are also currently offering three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the price of one for new subscribers. There are also some savings to be made on specific hardware on specific dates, all of which you can see below, as compiled by Microsoft here.
