The Division 2 holds on to the top of the UK charts

The final season of Game of Thrones has just begun, and while fans are eagerly awaiting to see who will hold the power come the end of the season, I can confirm that The Division 2 has held on to its own crown atop the UK charts for the second week running.

That means that The Division 2 was the top-selling game in the UK yet again for the week ending 13th April, according to Chart-Track who, remember, only count physical copies sold. As big fans of The Division 2, we’re delighted to see it sitting at the top of the pile and getting the attention that we feel it deserves. The Division 2 isn’t the only game to hold position this week, as FIFA 19 has kept hold of second place for the second week in a row. Red Dead Redemption 2 has jumped up three places into third, while Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has also held position in fourth. Nintendo Switch exclusive Yoshi’s Crafted World, which dropped two places from first to third last week, has dropped two places again into fifth, while Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has reappeared in the top ten at sixth.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice continues its downward spiral since launch as it drops two places into seventh, but I’m presuming  it may still be selling quite well digitally if the recent sales figures that Activision released are anything to go by. New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, meanwhile, has climbed one place into eighth, swapping positions with Grand Theft Auto V which drops into ninth. PS4 exclusive Spider-Man has suddenly reappeared out of nowhere this week, rounding out the top ten.
