Good old dataminers, they always manage to find out stuff that we, the general gaming community, aren’t meant to know about yet. This time, dataminers have had a snoop around the files of the latest Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 update and found a night version of Firing Range and a sunset version of Seaside that features rain. Check out the pictures below:
Now, I know what you’re thinking, they could be faked. It happens all the time. But hold your scepticism for just a second, because there’s gameplay footage of both too. Check out the YouTube video below from NerosCinema:
So, there you have it, it appears that a night version of Firing Range and a sunset version of Seaside will be coming to Black Ops 4. What we don’t know, however, is how they will be introduced to the game. Will they be free for all players? A limited-time seasonal event? Or, will they be part of Black Ops 4’s controversial Season Pass?
One thing’s for sure, if weather/time variants of the same maps that we already have are part of the paid-for DLC then I am going to be seriously pissed.
