PS4 players will finally be able to get their hands on PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds in December, which, of course, marks the one year anniversary of the Xbox One release as a timed exclusive. Although this news hasn’t been officially confirmed, leaks on the Korean ratings board and Sony’s servers hint at this indeed being true, and it makes sense; the PlayStation 4 version of the game has most likely been finished for some time, but with Microsoft having exclusive rights to the game on console for a year it’s not been possible to release it.
Microsoft is obviously worried about the game being released on another platform and wants the Xbox to be the best place to play the game, which is why their timely tweet detailing ‘Big PUBG news coming on 10th November’ is no surprise. The big news they are speaking of will be unveiled at the XO18 event and could be a new map. Whatever it is, it will be interesting to see if it will be an Xbox exclusive addition or not:

It’s actually pretty cool that Fortnite has Marvel characters and PUBG now has DC characters, although we all know who wins the DC vs Marvel battle, right? Marvel, obviously; have you seen any of the most recent DC movies?
