‘Tis the season to be jolly, and Epic are getting into the festive spirit by giving away free skins as part of the Winterfest event.
Players can log on right now and see a brand new snowflake tab which can be clicked to send them straight to the Winterfest Lodge. Here, players will be able to unwrap one new present every day for 14 days – that’s a total of 14 gifts if you’re no good at math! These presents will include two Outfits, two Gliders, two Pickaxes, two Wraps, one Emote, and more, all of which are exclusive to the event.
There are also a bunch of stocking stuffers to grab in the Lodge, which you can find hanging up on the fireplace where you would expect. Checking the stocking each day will grant you a new Challenge to complete to earn yourself even more rewards as well as a chunk of XP. If that’s not enough then the duration of the event will also see a number of weapons unvaulted, and each day will see a fan-favourite limited-time-mode return.
If you miss a day then you won’t miss out on any of your gifts or stocking stuffers either – you can log in and catch up on your presents and challenges right up until Tuesday 7th January 2020.
Fortnite’s Winterfest event is live right now until Thursday 2nd January 2020.
