We’re a few weeks into the new football season, and if—like me—it’s got you itching to get your hands on the latest FIFA, you won’t have to wait long to give this years edition a test drive.
EA Sports have announced that the FIFA 19 demo will be available on Thursday 13th September…and that’s all of the details we were given.
The rest is, for now at least, pure guesswork. We can assume that the demo will be available on all platforms (Xbox One, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch) but we have no word on what teams you’ll be able to play as, in which stadiums or in which modes, but we can expect to have an announcement on this as the demo draws nearer. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll be able to try out some of the new “House Rules” that have been added for this years edition, which we’re particularly excited about.
FIFA’s arch rival PES released their demo a number of weeks ago and the full game has since launched to generally favorable reviews but has suffered poor sales.
FIFA 19 will release on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC worldwide on September 28th. Subscribing to either EA or Origin access will give you early access.
