BioShock: The Collection

BioShock: The Collection – £11.25 with Xbox Gold

Chances are that you already scan your Xbox Live dashboard for a mere sniff of a great gaming deal. If, however, you’ve been a little slow on this occasion, allow me to aid you!

BioShock: The Collection was released in September 2016 and we can’t remember a time when the digital version has been as cheap as it is now.

BioShock: The Collection is currently available on the Microsoft Store with a pretty hefty discount for Xbox Live Gold Subscribers. The collection contains all single-player content from BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite, as well as all single-player add-on content, the “Columbia’s Finest” pack, and Director’s Commentary: Imagining BioShock, featuring Ken Levine and Shawn Robertson.

That’s a hell of a lot of gaming for £11.25. If you don’t own these games currently in your collections (or if you’ve strangely ever played them) this is a deal that’s too good to be missed.

All three of these games received a huge amount of praise on release, with many regarding the BioShock series as being one of the best story-driven shooters ever developed.

The remastered games all run in full 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. All three were groundbreaking and beautiful to look at when released, and they hold up very well by today’s standards.

If you missed out on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and are craving a decent gaming deal to see you through until Christmas, then be sure to check this one out, it comes highly recommended. Enjoy!
