This was the message from Sony today to its fans as they released sales figures for the Playstation VR. Seen to many as nothing more than a gimmick, Sony’s figures go a long way to dispelling this myth. In truth, the PS VR has gone from strength to strength in recent months, due in part to promotional price drops over the festive period last year and the release of ‘The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR’ which unsurprisingly tops the list of VR game sales, the full list of which can be found below:

- Rec Room
- Resident Evil 7 biohazard
- The Playroom VR
- Job Simulator
- Until Dawn: Rush of Blood
- Batman: Arkham VR
- Farpoint
- Superhot VR
On top of boasting impressive sales, Sony also announced the launch dates of two new PS VR games coming this fall.
September 25 sees the release of boxing game ‘Creed: Rise to Glory’ with ‘Evasion’ a sci-fi first-person shooter, releasing two weeks later on 9 October.
Finally, Sony urged its fans to check out the Totally Digital Sale at PlayStation Store. Pre-order discounts as well as discounts on games for PS Plus members have gone live now, running through August 28.
