There are six collectible gems on each floor in Luigi’s Mansion 3. In this guide, I’ll show you where to find all six gems on the 6F floor and tell you how to get your hands on them. You’ll need to unlock certain abilities before you’ll be able to collect some of these gems, so you may have to come back later on in the game.
Please note that some of the gems will appear clear rather than coloured in the screenshots seen below, this is because I had already collected them during my playthrough before creating this guide.
Gem #1 – Hall of Armor
In the top right corner of the Hall of Armor you’ll see a small recess in the wall. Shine your Dark Light on it and a suit of armor will appear. Perform a Suction Shot to break this suit of armor and the Red Gem will pop out.
Gem #2 – Armory
Head through the door next to where you found the last gem and take an immediate left. Go through this door into the Armory and look at the bricks on the wall in the centre of the room – look a bit odd, don’t they? Perform a Suction Shot on these bricks and the wall will lift, revealing a chest which contains the Purple Gem in a secret compartment behind.
Gem #3 – Cellar
Now head through the door on the right and down the steps into the cellar. You’ll see three big barrels along the wall opposite the camera. Smash your way into the one on the far right with a Suction Shot, then walk inside and walk to your right to get into the barrel next to it. Walk away from the camera and you’ll climb a ladder which leads to the Blue Gem.
Gem #4 – Cage-Lift Room
Move two rooms to the right to get into the Cage-Lift Room, then use Gooigi to vacuum the fan on the wall to raise the lift. Take control of Luigi and get in the lift, then use Gooigi to blow air on the fan to lower the lift. Once you’re at the bottom, blow air on the fan which is on the wall to the left to lower the cage in the centre of the room. Take control of Gooigi to walk into the cage and you’ll grab yourself the Yellow Gem.
Gem #5 – Royal Coffers
As you run through the Coliseum Hallway, look at your map and you’ll see that there should be a door near the end of the corridor, but it doesn’t appear to be there. It is though, it’s just hidden. Vacuum up the hanging cloth and then use your Dark Light on the wall behind and the door to the Royal Coffers will appear. Head inside and you’ll find the Green Gem along with a whole lot of moolah.
Gem #6 – Coliseum Balcony
Once you defeat the boss, head up the steps and on to the Coliseum Balcony. Run along the balcony and you’ll find the Clear Gem sitting in front of a suit of armor.
And that’s it! Congratulations, you collected all six gems.
